A classic summer dish, perfect for any fiesta. If you know me, this is easily one of my top go-to potluck, bbq, or picnic recipes.

Serves 6-8 people

8 oz can black beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
good pinch of salt
2 cups vegan sour cream
8 oz can refried beans (I use jalapeño refried beans)
1 cup guacamole
1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded vegan cheese (I love Violife's cheddar shreds)
1/2 head romaine lettuce, shredded
1-2 large tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
In a bowl, mix together the black beans, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
In an 8x11 dish, layer in the sour cream, refried beans, seasoned black beans, guacamole, salsa, cheese, and veggies on top.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
